I initially believed I saw mouse droppings in the facility. Thank you for responding promptly, explaining that they were artificial turf infill pebbles, and sharing a video that helped clarify the situation. I appreciate the professional response and your willingness to address my concern. While the pebbles can be mistaken for something else, I hope the gym continue to minimize tracking into other areas.

Oh my goodness! We celebrated our son’s 5th birthday at TG4, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. Words aren’t enough to express how friendly, kind, and incredibly helpful the staff were from start to finish. They welcomed us warmly, helped unload everything from our car, stayed with us throughout the entire party, assisted with setting up the decorations and food, served the kids during the party, and even helped us pack everything up and carry it back to our car at the end. Their level of care and service truly went above and beyond. The facility was spotless, spacious, and all 20 kids had an amazing time! One of the best things about TG4 is that there is no limit on adult guests, and the party package includes 20 kids for just $450, which is an incredible value. Every single one of our guests told us how much they loved the venue and the overall experience. I’ve honestly never seen staff who care so genuinely for both the children and the families. They made the entire celebration completely stress-free for us. I wholeheartedly recommend TG4 to anyone looking for the perfect place to host a birthday party. We would absolutely celebrate here again! ❤️

Seems like a great place for kids to play indoors. Also a great place for kids birthday parties. There are so many different play areas. The kids will never run out of different activities to keep them busy. The employees are also super helpful.

Great place to send your kiddo when schools out or just to have fun. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable to help the kids stay safe and make the parents not worry. Just wish the camp day went to 5pm instead of 4pm.

We had the most incredible time at Troy gym 4! Our kids are 6, 3 and 18 months and they all had an absolute blast. I called about open gym time and the munchkin ropes course and the owner, Toby was so kind and gracious and even offered to host us all that evening. He gave us a tour of the whole facility and let our children try out all of the equipment. Our 6 and 3 year old had the best time on the ropes course! If I could give a rating more than 5 stars I would. We will be back for open gyms, swimming lessons, birthday parties and more. Truly the best business of its kind in the area by far. We live about an hour away and it’s totally worth the drive. Our kids are already begging to go back! This is truly such a fantastic place and the owner could not have been kinder to us.
